Rachael is an associate broker with a background in graphic communications and marketing, bringing a trained eye for detail and design to every listing she works on. In addition to her work in real estate, she is part of the team at Maine Ski Lodging Co., which gives her added insight into the local rental market in the Bethel and Sunday River area.

As a fourth-generation Waterford local, Rachael takes pride in helping others settle into the place she calls home. She partners with longtime broker Janet Truman on select listings. Working as a team, they bring reliable communication, practical advice, and steady support to every transaction.

Rachael is organized and detail-oriented, using the latest tools to keep things on track while always making sure her clients stay informed and comfortable throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband Dade and their two Weimaraners, Remi and Millie. She’s working her way through New Hampshire’s 48 4,000-foot peaks and makes a point to visit national parks whenever she gets the chance.
