Dana has enjoyed being a life long resident of the area with his wife Jennifer and two sons. Just out of college in 1993 Dana ran a property rental company in Bethel giving him the beginning of a successful career in the Sunday River area. In 2004 he began Whittemore Property Management and has built the business up to include managing 285+ vacation homes and several condominium complexes. In 2017 he became a partner in Condo Management Services, a company that manages three on mountain condo complexes. Having seen the Sunday River area market from several different angles gives Dana a strong base of knowledge about the area properties, their value and their potential. Dana goes out of his way to provide an incredible service for all of his customers.
